We all live through an age,
An age where we have no say.

People think of us as foolish, inexperienced or innocent,
They are also stubborn, thinking we have no sense.
Give us a chance, we might do something new,
Different than growing up and being you.

But at this time,
We might live in an age,
An age where we have no say.

Why should I follow you, be like you,
Aren’t you happy with yourself that you want me too?
Just let me do, honor you,
Gather a crowd and make you proud.

But I know you won’t let me,
Cause I might live an age,
An age where I have no say.

Why should I be a doctor, CA or engineer?
Let me do my thing and maybe I’ll be a pioneer.

But these lines from me can’t stay,
Cause right now I living the age,
The age where I have no say.
